Hey y'all! Welcome to Part 2 of the Semester 1 LT1 Assessments of Learning! Here is yet another way to show your Earth Systems chops by unleashing your creative potential. Attached to this post are the Project Description and Initial Rubric. Read them well for now is your only chance to make suggestions for modifications. The power is yours! If I can give an encouraging word, it is this... find the creative medium that is most interesting and fun to you. I've had students use all sorts of cool stuff! Minecraft, GTA, videography... the options are limitless! Hopefully you find a way to enjoy this project and find a fun way to show just how much you've learned! Feel free to post questions and comments as they arise.

Sounds like a great idea! What medium are you thinking of using to tell the story?

Can we use Fortnite: Battle Royale? It's an open world game where you can make many interactions. In addition, it provides a free-cam, replay function. This makes it a perfect application for this Creative Thinking Project. Please read and consider this.

I think it's an AWESOME idea! Is it something you can play out and video? If I can find it, I'll show you something somewhat similar another student did in the past with Minecraft. Let's talk logistics tomorrow!

Yes, you can record it. I have a recording software on my computer anyways so I can record whatever I create. Also there's a game-mode called "Playground" That is exactly what it sounds like. It allows you too use the games functions however you want, whether it be role play or making interactions between spheres.

Hmm... interesting suggestion. Might be tough to get all 4 earth systems with that one, but I bet we can make it work! ;-)
